3 Ps the start-up solution: People, Problem, Product

 

Starting a business is a tricky undertaking. So many things to consider. But I see many of my close friends and family going about it the wrong way. They see the product first and then go after the customers. It's the other way around! Here is how it should go:

  • First find people with problems (It should not be that hard) 
  • Next, create an answer to that problem
  • Lastly, sell that product and service to those people.
